Chrystal Paul has always been the kind of person who makes things run. Not the loudest person in the room, but usually the reason the room functions as well as it does. As Co-Owner and CEO of Elevar, she is the person behind the culture, the systems, and the day-to-day operations that make the brokerage what it is.
 
She was studying elementary education and physical education at Auburn University at Montgomery when she found out she was expecting her son. She made a decision that a lot of people would have wrestled with, and she made it without hesitation. Family came first. She stepped away from school and put her energy into building something more important than a degree. The career she built afterward speaks for itself.
 
Chrystal got her real estate license and went into sales, learning the business from the client side before she ever saw it from behind a desk. That experience gave her a perspective that most office professionals never develop. She eventually moved into operational roles inside real estate offices, working in compliance review, agent support, event planning, and sponsorship development. At Keller Williams Montgomery, she served as Director of First Impressions, a role that fit her naturally because creating the right environment for people is something she has always done well.
 
At Elevar, Chrystal leads recruiting, runs the day-to-day operations of the office, and plays a central role in making sure the brokerage holds to the standard it was built on. What drives her most is watching agents grow. Seeing someone find their footing, hit a goal they were not sure was possible, and build real confidence in this business is the part of the job she values most.
 
Chrystal is a member of the Prattville Rotary Club and is committed to Elevar's place in the community it serves. She and Buddy built this together, and that is exactly how they run it. Every decision comes back to the same question: is this good for our agents, our clients, and this community?
