Elevar was founded by Buddy and Chrystal Paul, two people who were born and raised in this community and who decided that Central Alabama deserved a real estate brokerage that actually gives back to the place it operates in. We are not a franchise location. We are not a satellite office. We are a locally owned, independently operated brokerage built from the ground up by people whose families have called this area home for generations.
Between us, we bring backgrounds in fire service, brokerage operations, compliance, recruiting, training, and community leadership. We have led teams, built systems, coached agents, and served our community in ways that go well beyond real estate. All of that experience shapes how we run Elevar and how we serve the people who trust us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Our agents are coached, supported, and held to a high standard because we believe that when our agents win, our clients win. We call that the Elevar Standard. It means showing up prepared, communicating honestly, and doing right by people whether it is convenient or not.
